When will BeverlyHillsElectric.Com ship my order?

  • Most orders placed before the 12 pm (PST) cut-off time, will be shipped same-day upon availability [if one needs their order to go out a certain day, please call in your order to Customer Service; we will make sure to satisfy your wishes].

  • Drop-shipments typically ship same-day or next-business day upon availability.

  • An e-mail confirmation of your order will be sent moments after you place your order.  If one does not receive an e-mail confirmation, an incorrect e-mail address was entered or the order did not go through.

  • Tracking numbers will be e-mailed within 24 hours AFTER the order ships.

  • On occasion, some merchandise that is ordered can become unavailable for shipment due to backorder, discontinuation or unforeseen reasons. If this happens, we sincerely apologize for disappointing you, and we will notify you via e-mail or telephone within 1-2 business days.  AIR orders will be notified right away.

UPS or FedEx Corporation, your single source for time-sensitive and time-deferred package, document, and freight transportation services internationally.

UPS/FedEx Ground for orders $150 and Up:

Processing and transit time combined, orders shipped via this option could take 5-10 business days to receive based on the customer's location and availability. The FREE SHIPPING promo applies to shipping address within the CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES.

UPS/FedEx Ground for orders BELOW $150: For orders under $150, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and distance.

Processing and transit time combined, orders shipped via this option could take 7-10 business days to receive based on the customer's location and availability.

UPS 3rd Day Select: Orders shipped via this option must meet the 11 pm (PST) cut-off time for same day shipping. Processing and transit time combined, orders shipped via this option could take 3-5 business days to receive based on location and availability. This option ONLY applies to shipping address within the CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES. Charges are according to the UPS Shipping Table.

UPS 2nd Day Air: Orders shipped via this option must meet the 11 am (PST) cut-off time for same day shipping. Processing and transit time combined, orders shipped via this option could take 2-3 business days to receive based on location and availability. Charges are according to the UPS Shipping Table.

UPS Overnight Services (Next Day AIR, Next Day AIR Saver, Next Day AIR Early AM): Orders shipped via these options must meet the 11 am (PST) cut-off time for same day shipping. Processing and transit time combined, orders shipped via this option could take 1-2 business days to receive based on location and availability. Charges are according to the UPS Shipping Table. We highly recommend you contact us via E-mail for a stock check before you select any overnight shipping method.

Local Delivery: There is a $9.95 Flat Rate Charge for a local delivery of any size. Local deliveries are made in most of the greater Los Angeles Area. For a SAME-DAY DELIVERY, contact us via telephone; we will do our best to make it happen!.

BeverlyHillsElectric.com DOES ship to FPO, APO or PO box shipping addresses via the United States Postal Service upon request.  Orders shipping to FPO, APO and PO Boxes must be done via TELEPHONE.

Does BeverlyHillsElectric.Com accept International orders?

For orders outside the continental United States (US Territory, Foreign Country, Alaska, or Hawaii) shipping charges will be calculated by a BeverlyHillsElectric.com Customer Service Representative after the order is placed. A representative will then contact the client regarding the shipping costs and handle the order as requested.

What is the Cancellation - Return - Shortage - Exchange Policy?

RETURNS:

To return a product to BeverlyHillsElectric.com one must request AND obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number through our returns department. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. To request a return, e-mail us with the following information and a customer service representative will contact within 24 hours to resolve any matter:


(1) Your Full Name & Telephone Number
(2) Online Order Number
(3) Item Ordered (Manufacturer + Model Number)
(4) Brief nature of the problem

NOTE: Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 30 DAYS after the purchase date for a refund. Shipping charges are never refunded on a return. Our 30 DAY policy is NON-NEGOTIABLE. The merchandise must be in new condition, uninstalled and in original packaging. The buyer must pay the return shipping and a 30% Re-stocking Fee. The restocking fee may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. If returned products need reconditioning or are deemed used or opened, service charges will apply and/or refund may not be issued. We have seen it all; do not be morally bankrupt.

Defective products must be returned within 10 days of the invoice
date for same item replacement. Items claimed "defective" will be assessed by us upon return. NO Credit will be issued if the item we test is in working condition. If the defective item is covered under manufacturer's warranty, the customer will be referred to the manufacturer for replacement. A manufacturer's warranty is a manufacturer's warranty; please utilize them.

Light Bulbs, Wire, Discontinued Items and Special Orders parts are NOT returnable.

CANCELLATIONS:

If one wishes to cancel an order from BeverlyHillsElectric.com for any reason, it must be done via TELEPHONE. Your cancellation is NOT complete unless you receive a Cancellation Confirmation Number from a Customer Service Representative. Order cancellations CAN NOT BE DONE via E-MAIL.

If the order you have phoned-in to cancel has already shipped and you refuse the package, it is as if you have made a return; hence, standard restocking fees will apply (no exceptions).

 

SHORTAGES - DAMAGED SHIPMENT:

Claims for shortages, damages and incorrectly-shipped items will only be accepted for a period of 5 business days after receiving your package.  We implore you to check your package RIGHT WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT.  Claims received after 5 business days from receipt of shipment will not even be entertained; no exceptions.  

 

EXCHANGES:

There are no exchanges at BeverlyHillsElectric.com.  You may purchase another product and return the undesired one per the return guidelines above (restocking fee will apply, please read aforementioned Return Policy).
