BeverlyHillsElectric.com DOES ship to FPO, APO or PO box shipping addresses via the United States Postal Service upon request. Orders shipping to FPO, APO and PO Boxes must be done via TELEPHONE.
For orders outside the continental United States (US Territory, Foreign Country, Alaska, or Hawaii) shipping charges will be calculated by a BeverlyHillsElectric.com Customer Service Representative after the order is placed. A representative will then contact the client regarding the shipping costs and handle the order as requested.

NOTE: Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 30 DAYS after the purchase date for a refund. Shipping charges are never refunded on a return. Our 30 DAY policy is NON-NEGOTIABLE. The merchandise must be in new condition, uninstalled and in original packaging. The buyer must pay the return shipping and a 30% Re-stocking Fee. The restocking fee may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. If returned products need reconditioning or are deemed used or opened, service charges will apply and/or refund may not be issued. We have seen it all; do not be morally bankrupt.
Defective products must be returned within
10 days of the invoice
date for same item replacement. Items claimed "defective" will be assessed by us upon return. NO Credit will be issued if the item we test is in working condition. If the defective item is covered under manufacturer's warranty, the customer will be referred to the manufacturer for replacement. A manufacturer's warranty is a manufacturer's warranty; please utilize them.
Light Bulbs, Wire, Discontinued Items and Special Orders parts are NOT returnable.
If one wishes to cancel an order from BeverlyHillsElectric.com for any reason, it must be done via TELEPHONE. Your cancellation is NOT complete unless you receive a Cancellation Confirmation Number from a Customer Service Representative. Order cancellations CAN NOT BE DONE via E-MAIL.
If the order you have phoned-in to cancel has already shipped and you refuse the package, it is as if you have made a return; hence, standard restocking fees will apply (no exceptions).
SHORTAGES - DAMAGED SHIPMENT:
Claims for shortages, damages and incorrectly-shipped items will only be accepted for a period of 5 business days after receiving your package. We implore you to check your package RIGHT WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT. Claims received after 5 business days from receipt of shipment will not even be entertained; no exceptions.
